I am a shipper and had a poor experience with TMSHIPPING. Accused our dispatcher of lying without providing a proof. Poor customer service with bad attitude. Order ID: 589159-CX. This is the reply to the below comment from TMSHIPPING: We don't have intention to "deceive" anyone and have a written proof to support our statement. This is very unprofessional to accuse someone knowing the fact that it is not true. Again, it proves our feedback and one star rating above. All documents can be provided upon request. Also, this is very unprofessional to disclose the company names, taking into account the fact that one of them is not related to the issue in any way. There is a written agreement/contract in place with Pegasus. Good luck!!! Feel free to black list both companies if this is the best business practice you follow in resolving the issues.
Response from TMSHIPPINGJul 7, 2020
Thank you for your feedback, Dzmitry! Our customers are our number one priority. We work with thousands of clients monthly and we value each and every one of them. We will not tolerate anyone to deceive any of our customers or us. The situation that has occurred between our customer and your driver is unacceptable therefore your companies Belstar Express Inc and Pegasus Transportation Inc will be on our blacklist for now. Best regards, TMShipping UPDATE. Kindly please note that the client was completely satisfied with our service, except for your actions and your part of the job. Dzmitry, we have worked with your companies more than once and we forgave when you were canceling the orders at the last moment. This caused a huge inconvenience to our customers and us, it affected our reputation. We urgently were forced to find another carrier. We all understand that various situations and issues could occur in this business. But we always find a way out in order for our customers and our partners remain satisfied. We value a reliable partnership. And we do not understand what prompted you to act the way you did with our customer and our manager. This is not the way the business is done. We all work in the service industry and we have to remember our main rule - A CLIENT IS ALWAYS RIGHT. In case you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to contact us directly and we are sure that we can resolve any matter and find a solution. But not in the way you decided to do it, Dzmitry. The owner of your companies would not welcome your action and the way you are doing business with the customers too.
