Great kit ! I use it every day.

We make frequent long trips to our cabin on rough Alaskan roads. The Tmat helps us organize the storage boxes in our F150 and make sure everything stays put.

I ordered a Tmat unit because I liked the ability to secure a load in place without losing bed space to a drawer system. The fact it could slide and provide access from the tailgate is great as well. The assembly and installation was easy and quick and the instructions were easy to follow. I ordered additional accessories and made a mistake on my order process. I contacted Tmat and they corrected my order mistake and processed my order for me. I am very satisfied with the product and the company, and i ave already recommended the Tmat Product to friends.

I rarely take the time to write online reviews. But my experience with Tmat has been great. It's just what I was looking for for a relatively inexpensive way to access items deep in the truck bed. I had ordered some extra accessories that I didn't end up needing, and customer service was extremely prompt and courteous, quickly sending a return label.

Been using That for about six months. Makes hauling things safer. Assembles without problems. When I put in my initial order I was contacted by customer service verifying my order because the order didn't match my truck. This saved me money, time, and frustration. I have a cover over my truck bed so the ability to slide the Tmat out makes accessing items easy. All around great concept and product.

Great idea, but your product simply does not work. New attachments are needed for full securement

Frustrating experience – Avoid if you want actual customer service. I tried ordering from Tmat to test the material's durability before committing to a full setup. Despite their website clearly listing and allowing the purchase of single panels, they failed to process my order. When I reached out to follow up, I was told they "can't send single panels." This makes no sense considering it’s a live option on their own site. I told them I just wanted to test the product quality and asked them to either fulfill the order as advertised or refund me. Instead of trying to help a potential long-term customer or explaining the discrepancy, they simply nuked the order. They refunded my money within five minutes and refused to send the panel. If you aren’t buying a massive kit, they clearly don't want your business. Extremely disappointing "support" and misleading website listings. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

I guess when a customer ask a few simple questions and even send pictures to the person at the company is confused about when you ask will the system still slide and also on a bed mat this is something they don’t want you to know because I have sent emails with pictures and even called the number and left a message with no response. All I got was we don’t recommend using a 5th with the product which had nothing to do with my question. I just hope the company uses AI because if not I hope the product is better. If you have a problem after you buy something good luck getting answers.
