Customer Service is the best in buisness
I had a great experience with Tmat Products. I made a mistake when ordering and didn’t realize until months later that the drainage panels I purchased weren’t compatible with my standard Tmat setup. Even though I was well outside the normal return and exchange window, I reached out to see if there was anything they could do. Their customer service was responsive, understanding, and went above and beyond to help me out. They worked with me to resolve the issue, which I really appreciated since it was my mistake, not theirs. It’s refreshing to find a company that stands behind its customers and is willing to provide great service even when they don’t have to. The products themselves are excellent, and this experience has made me even more confident in recommending Tmat to others. I’ll definitely continue to be a customer.
