I ordered a mat for my truck. The box that Tmat shipped me arrived in about two days. The issue is I didn’t receive what I ordered. I was missing two pieces and the ramp and handle kit. I called to explain I was missing pieces. The pieces were ordered and I received an email confirmation of such. The problem is I can’t use what they sent me until I receive all of the pieces. As of today the only information that I have for the replacement order is that a label has been created. It just seems to me this should have been rushed to me for a mistake out of my control. I don’t even know if the product will perform yet and there’s already issues.

Great product idea. Easy to assemble and configure to truck bed. Product very weak for it purpose of sliding out and accessing gear in back of truck bed

I ordered the mat as directed for my 2011 Toyota Tacoma short bed, plus the pullout handle wedges. The mat barely fit the truck bed, and the pullout wedges were a waste of money. They do their job and keep things from rolling around, but because you really struggle to get a grip to pull it out to reach things farther back... Those back items are lost. It's a solid, good system, just not all it is sold to us as.

Edges have broken and are not good quality.

The pieces dont stay in the t pockets and there are too many seams and the t pockets hold water.

Great customer service! Very helpful! However Product did not fit properly and had to cut pieces to make fit so giving three stars. Otherwise looks like a cool organization mat for your truck.
