Initially we had tried other lenders to allow us to refinance as self employed borrowers. After paying for an appraisal and being denied, we had put it behind us. Titan Mutual help me fix all of my problems with my old mortgage company, they drop the ball more than 2 times and had raised my mortgage over $400 dollars.
