Wd worked with Daniel Lorenzen to get our home re-financed and the level of service and attention was amazing. He really took the time and went above and beyond to be able to help us with our mortgage needs. Where other banks couldn't help he found the right way to get us what we needed. I would definetely recommend Titan and Daniel. Thank you. Estela Mazariegos

Ra Palacio, My Mortgage Specialist, was amazing as I have told a few friends. He held my hand through out the process, he answer questions, returned calls, repeated himself all with a voice that placed me at easy, helping me to believe that he indeed have my best interest at heart, trustworthy and professional. It was a pleasure working with Ra. For me he went above and beyond and I will always be thankful for him! I was comfortable with each step of the process. Thank you Ra! I would highly recommend Titan Mutual Lending.

I would recommend Titan Mutual to anyone looking for a loan. Daniel Lorenzen and Marcus Owens did an excellent job. They both went through many hoops to get to the closing on my difficult loan. Both were always available to answer my questions day or night and very patient with all the questions I had. Thank you so much Daniel and Marcus,,, you both are wonderful! Olga

Ra Palacio was the mortgage specialist who helped me in refinancing my loan. To be honest, I was quite discouraged and apprehensive when initially talking to him because I already tried refinancing with another lender, but that loan company did not want to move forward with my application. After I expressed this to him, his extremely kind approach, professionalism and confidence in his company in making sure to thoroughly look through all the options for me made me want to move forward. It was so easy working with him and he was up front with everything that was going on, constantly kept me updated, was very patient with my work schedule when he needed things from me, not to mention working around my limited availability to get things done. When the refinance went through, I couldn't believe it! I thought if one lender was so quick to shut me down, all would, but he really made sure I was comfortable with the option presented to me and everything worked out. You will not be disappointed with his services and I truly look forward to working with him again! Thank you for everything, Ra!

Daniel Lorenzen and his team at Titan Mortgage worked through some difficult circumstances with me and got my mortgage closed.

This customer review is for Daniel Lorenzen and the Team from Titan Mutual. I feel so thankful, relieved and blessed to have found a reputable Company with Titan Mutual and specifically Daniel Lorenzen and Marcus, the number crunching expert, and I do mean "Expert tailored for my best interest ". You and your team Daniel have restored my faith in "Loan programs". Yes, there truly does exist "Truth in Lending Practices" out here in this jungle of unknown nightmares! From the start of the Loan process through the middle of signing the loan documents and the end of loan closing, Daniel was there with speedy customer service, with concrete answers and explained the whole process from start to finish. If he did not know the answer he found out quickly from the right source. Everything he said came true in a timely manner with follow through, always with the utmost non pushy attitude and consideration of my need to know, with thorough explanations, and always given with true patience. My loan was tailored to my specific needs for the best outcome for my Future. Thank You Daniel from the bottom of my heart, I felt a huge burden lift from my shoulders right after my loan closed. I am grateful also to myself for recognizing "Excellence".

Daniel helped me through out this loan. They even took the loss to have my loan go through. I didn't know any other mortgage companies would do that. I would recommend this mortgage company to anyone. Thank you Titan Mutual Lending.

We had an amazing experience with Titan Mutual and specifically our Loan Officer John S. Thomas. Our refinance closed in 22 days from first contact! John was very responsive to our questions with almost daily contact initiated by him. At the beginning we put some heavy consideration into whether or not to move forward. John helped us to literally list out the “Pros and Cons”. One morning when John was not available we actually got a return call from one of the other Officers to let us know he was in a meeting and would call us back shortly (which he did). Thank you John for all your hard work!
