I was referred by a friend to Titan after shopping around at a few other lenders and unhappy with the options the other companies were offering. Drew and Rainee worked around the clock to ensure I received the loan amount and rate I wanted in a very tight timeline. As a first-time home buyer I didn’t know what to expect but was put at ease with the constant updates and communication. I just purchased my first home in a 21 day escrow by BILL ZHANG. Bill was very professional and reviewed my financial situation with me in much detail before prequalifying me to ensure the deal would go through. He also recommended several loan programs options for me to choose and as rates went up, I am VERY glad I closed in time. Ask for BILL Z if you want to get things done and on point. He also put in his calendar to update market information with me in a few months if the market is in a better position through their 7 year Guarantee loyalty program.
