LET ME TELL YOU. I don’t know how I existed before this system. I have the worst memory and now when I leave my house all I have to do is check my phone to make sure everything is secure. I have never had an alarm before and always have been a 2nd amendment rights advocate but the gadgets that come along with this system are too helpful in my day to day to pass up.

I have had an alarm my whole life and a few weeks ago had a rep come to my door and acquire about my current system. At first I was a bit nervous but she was so patient with all my questions. I am now getting a MUCH better deal and have so much more protected in my home. I know my kids and family is safe with Titanium.

To whom this may concern... this Company hires the most adoring 🥰 Representatives and Customer Service reps I have ever seen. The representative came to my doorstep and I was lucky to be chosen. The representative came to me with no knowledge of my neighborhood and unknowingly helped stop a robbery from occurring and a high speed hit and run. The doorbell cameras and outdoor cameras he installed for us were more than perfect timing! I can’t explain how my neighborhood had been blessed by Titanium Crew😎!!!

THIS IS THE BEST ALARM COMPANY IVE EVER HAD!!! The cameras (Doorbell Cam & Ourdoor Cams) worked exactly how the representative told me! The Brand new panel is the brains of the operation and I LITERALLY CAN’T live without one. If you ever see them, I recommend taking advantage of their awesome customer service!

I had this company for 3 years it seemed ok. But jus recently ive sent several request for a tech. I have a bad guest window sensor and now a panel that do not respond. If my panel is not communicating with there server my system is use list. Also my bill went up with out my consent are any contact. So its obvious to say i will b canceling my service and seeking another company Goodbye 👋🏾

The worst company EVER!!!! When I moved in to my first home 2 years ago they had recommended titanium as the security company to go with. So I gave them a call set up an appointment and the nest day they said they could have someone out there. They mentioned nothing about being LOCKED in to 6 year contract not being able to cancel. Mind you i live with roommates i would of never committed to 6 years because we don't know where you would be in that time. Fast forward 2 years till now we have all moved and I still have this damm contract that I can cancel or even down grade anything on. Now if you would of told me all this UP FRONT I wouldn't of ever got myself into bed with your company. So for anyone looking at this company as an option AVOID THEM. DONT DO IT

This company is very rude and they are just out to get your money. This companies needs to be shut down. Their system is not compatible and blew out my AC unit a d they want me to pay 3,000 for cancellation of only having it a few days. They will never get 3000 from me. People don't not go with this company. I'm going back to VIVINT.. They are nice. The company even the managers speak with you so rudely..
