If I could give zero rating I would
If I could give zero rating I would. This is the worse moving company I’ve ever came across. Communicate was horrible (no one spoke English for me to get a proper update on my items or explain the contract), professionalism is something this business have not inherited, over priced, and they did not pack my item properly which a lot of my items broke, they even dropped my washer. They also took almost a month to deliver my items and I booked them two months in advance. The list goes on. I found a claim for all the items they broke every time I call regarding my claim they sent me straight to voicemail and never return my calls. I will not ever in life. Recommend anyone in my life. to work with this company. This was one of the most stressful, horrible experiences I’ve had with Moving and all my years!

Jerika, I wanted to address the review and explain what actually transpired. You spoke with multiple people at our company, and we do not have anyone in management, dispatch, or customer service who does not speak English. The only person you may have encountered with limited English was one of the laborers on the moving crew, but they were not responsible for customer communication. The foreman, dispatcher Lydia, and our management team were the ones directly communicating with you throughout the move. So to base the entire experience on one laborer does not accurately reflect the communication or service you received.
Also, please understand it was never part of your agreement for us to pack your boxes or provide unlimited packing materials. Your estimate did not include full packing services. The services included were loading, transportation, unloading, furniture protection, and standard disassembly/reassembly. Customers are responsible for packing their own boxes unless packing services are specifically purchased.
As far as your claim that the move was “overpriced,” we transported your belongings from Texas to Georgia — over 1,550 miles — for under $4,000. Your quoted total was $3,807.60, and when the movers arrived, your price did not increase by a single penny. You signed the agreement, approved the inventory, and the truck was loaded exactly as agreed.
Regarding delivery, one of the first questions asked at pickup was your “first available delivery date.” The date you provided was April 14th, meaning nobody was available in Georgia to receive the shipment until then. Because of that, the delivery process did not begin until April 14th arrived.
As explained before the move, interstate deliveries of this distance operate within a 10–14 day delivery window from the first available delivery date. Once April 14th arrived, your shipment was delivered in less than 7 days, which was actually faster than the timeframe originally discussed. If you had advised us at pickup that you were available immediately after loading on March 23rd, your shipment likely would have arrived much sooner. However, because your requested delivery availability was April 14th, the shipment had to remain staged until a truck was routed toward Georgia around that timeframe.
At no point during pickup or transit did you report any concerns regarding wrapping, handling, or damages. In fact, we are reviewing the job photos now, and everything appears to have been professionally wrapped and protected. Unfortunately, Trustpilot does not allow us to upload those photos publicly.
Please also understand that with moving — especially involving particleboard or inexpensive furniture — minor cosmetic damage can sometimes occur even with proper handling. However, if there truly was excessive damage as now being claimed, we do not understand why no calls, emails, or claim forms were submitted to the support contacts listed throughout your paperwork. It has now been over a month since delivery, and the first time we became aware of these concerns was through the review itself.
At the end of the day, your price never increased, your shipment traveled over 1,500 miles, and your delivery was completed within the timeframe tied directly to the first available delivery date you personally provided at pickup.
That being said, we will still personally reach out to discuss your concerns further and provide guidance regarding the standard claims process if necessary.

SCAMMERS
These are SCAMMERS. If you are seeing this, do not book them. I beg you. This is a broker who will sell your move off to an even shadier company. The broker and POS who works there, promised my belongings would arrive at my place last Wednesday. It’s the following Monday and we’re being told it could be another 3 weeks and I have no idea where my belongings even are. I just moved across the country by myself, have nothing and no idea when I will get my things. They also charged another 1k at pickup. I have absolutely no idea how this company is in operation and I will be seeking legal action against them. I truly don’t know how these people sleep at night knowing what they’re doing to people. I also have proof they are posting fake reviews to websites.

Horrible Company
There’s no reasonable way this company should have such a high rating unless many of the positive reviews are not genuine (fake). My experience with them was awful from start to finish.
They did NOT deliver within the window the salesperson promised, they lost some of my belongings, broke others, and I even received items that belonged to someone else. On top of that, their customer service was extremely rude once the contract was signed. The only pleasant interaction I had was with the salesperson at the beginning—who was very friendly while securing the business.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that others do their research and think carefully before using this company.

Hello,
We would like to take a moment to respond to this review, as this is now the second review posted regarding the same move.
First and foremost, we want to clarify that all items picked up from your origin in Fernandina Beach, FL were successfully delivered to your destination in Elkridge, UT. The only discrepancy involved one medium box and one guitar case that were mistakenly delivered from another shipment.
Since identifying the issue, we have:
Located the correct guitar and case
Confirmed that it is currently in Daytona Beach, FL
Communicated with you regarding scheduling delivery on the next available truck heading to Utah
At this time, no other items from your shipment are missing.
Regarding your delivery timeline, there appears to be some confusion:
Your sales representative provided a 14–21 day delivery window, which begins from your first available delivery date, not your pickup date.
You were picked up on December 3rd
On the day of pickup, you informed our crew that your first available delivery date was January 7th
Because of this, delivery would not be attempted prior to January 7th, as we cannot arrive before a customer is available to receive their belongings.
Once January 7th arrived:
Your shipment was dispatched
You were delivered within approximately 72 hours, which is significantly faster than the standard delivery window
To clarify, the delivery timeframe is always based on the first available delivery date provided by the customer, not the pickup date. The only alternative would have been to transport your items immediately and hold a truck in Utah for several days waiting for your availability, which is not how the moving industry operates.
Additionally:
You were not charged any additional fees beyond your agreed price
We maintained consistent communication throughout the entire process
We are also concerned by the mention of “damaged” items in your review, as no claim, report, or documentation has been submitted to our office or through the insurance process. We have reached out regarding this and have not received any response.
We remain committed to resolving the guitar case return promptly and addressing any legitimate concerns. We will be reaching out again directly to clarify the mention of damages so we can properly assist.
Lastly, for any future customers reviewing this, we are more than willing to provide both the original review associated with this customer as well as the full moving file related to this job, so that it is clear our reviews — especially the positive ones — are legitimate and tied to real, completed moves.
We are here to help and complete this matter properly — we simply ask for your cooperation in working directly with us.

"Avoid at all costs: Shady billing, false claims, and hostaged belongings."
I had a horrific experience with this company and want to warn others before they trust them with their belongings. What started as a standard move turned into a series of dishonest "up-charges" and unprofessional behavior.
• Dishonest Pricing: Upon arrival for pickup, the mover immediately up-charged me from the original quote.
• Payment & Delivery Issues: At drop-off, they falsely claimed my check bounced. There were more than sufficient funds in the account, yet they refused to unload and demanded Post Office money orders instead.
• Hostaged Items: Because of their false claim about the check, they delayed my delivery for four days, leaving me without my things.
• More Fake Fees: When they finally delivered, they up-charged me again, claiming my door was more than 100 feet from the truck. This was factually untrue.
• Zero Accountability: No inventory was taken of my items. When I contacted the company to report damages, they were dismissive and told me "I should have bought insurance"—information that was never disclosed to me during the booking process.
This company is dishonest and predatory. If you value your money and your sanity, look elsewhere.

We are very surprised to see this review portraying our company in such a negative way, especially considering many of the issues mentioned were NOT caused by our company. We would like to clarify the facts regarding your move so there is a full and accurate understanding of what occurred.
When customers sign up with us, they pay a deposit and provide an inventory of the items that need to be moved so we can estimate the space required on the truck. In your case, you did not provide us with any inventory at all. You did not list a single item. Instead, you told us that other moving companies that had visited your home estimated your shipment would require approximately 570 cubic feet, and that is what we based the initial estimate on.
Because no inventory was provided, our movers arrived without knowing what specific furniture or items were being moved. When they arrived at your home in Florida, it was clear the shipment required more space than the 570 cubic feet originally discussed. BEFORE anything was loaded, the movers reviewed the additional items and explained the updated cost for the additional space required. Your husband reviewed this with the driver and approved the additional space before the move proceeded. You could have canceled the move which you chose not to do, So the movers began loading.
The pickup took place on February 18 in Florida, and the agreed payment due at pickup was $1,900, which was provided via check. Your delivery destination was North Carolina, and you requested delivery on February 21, which you said would be the first day you would have access to the property.
Despite the shipment traveling 651 miles, we provided straight delivery at no additional cost, meaning your items were transported directly from Florida to North Carolina rather than being stored or waiting for a full truck.
When our driver called about arrival, you informed us (Saturday morning the day off your drop-off) that your closing had been delayed and you did not yet have the keys. We accommodated this delay and did NOT charge any redelivery or waiting fees. Our crew stayed locally overnight (for 2 nights) to work with your schedule.
During this time, the check provided at pickup in FL was returned NSF (non-sufficient funds). Your husband acknowledged during the conversation that the funds had not been transferred from your savings account into the checking account the check was written from, which is why the check could not be processed.
At that point, our company had already completed the pickup in Florida, transported your belongings over 650 miles, and paid for hotel accommodations for the crew due to the closing delay. Aside from the original deposit, we had not received payment for the pickup services.
As outlined in the contract you signed, payment(s) must be made before items can be unloaded, and acceptable payment methods include cash, certified funds, postal money orders, Zelle, or Cash App. Because the check had been returned and funds were not available at the time, we had to wait until Monday when the bank opened so payment could be resolved. Once payment was made, your items were delivered by 7AM
At no time were your belongings “held hostage.” The delivery delay was caused by the closing delay and the NSF failed check payment, both circumstances outside of our control, and ultimately was delayed because of your side not Titanic's.
Regarding the long carry charge, the distance from where the truck had to park to the entrance was well over 100 feet. Your husband acknowledged the distance and agreed to the $75 long carry fee, which is outlined in the contract for distances exceeding 75 feet.
Additionally, due to the closing delay our company paid $417.63 for two nights of hotel accommodations for the crew, which we did not charge you for.
We strive to provide honest and professional service to every customer and respectfully disagree with the claims made in this review.

We recently moved from Maryland to Florida and had a really great experience with this company. From the first call to delivery day, everyone was helpful and easy to communicate with. We were a little nervous at the beginning but everything ended up going smoothly.
The moving crew was especially impressive. They worked incredibly hard, were respectful, and did a high-quality job.
Overall, it turned out to be a very positive experience, and we’re truly grateful for all the work they did.
