As a novice investor, I appreciate the active management of the investments and comprehensive communication.

Titan is more than just a brokerage account. They put out quality content about the market and what drives it. They are extremely knowledgeable. They aren’t about chasing the latest trends, they aim to be ahead of what is coming next.

Proactive communication. Fantastic app design. It's all so easy and transparent.

I’ve had a small rollover invested with Titan since their early days and their active management has definitely outperformed my 401k. The communications have been recently enhanced and encouraged. I’m not 100% on board with the recent changes to the fee structure, but have yet to feel the need to comparison shop. Initially it seems fair enough and I enjoy the responsiveness of the deposit/withdrawal process through the app.

A range of opportunities to diversify your investments. Communication from Titan is very strong and they seek to make the user experience very positive. Additionally a very positive experience with their high yield cash accounts as well as ability to transfer money into their investments. They also offer opportunities to hear directly from them and to interact with the staff if you want to set up an appointment.

Seems like they care a lot about the customer experience, offer a lot of educational resources, and go out of their way to give personalized support. Pretty transparent, too, from what I can tell.

Titan is easy, build from their portfolio options and relax, they handle the trading and everything else. If I trade myself, I lose, the odds are against the retail investor.
