I’ve been working with Sofia for over a year now and she has been incredibly helpful. I moved my retirement investments to Titan after leaving a Fortune 500 company. It was simple to transfer and during our meetings, it was easy to get guidance including rationale for the allocations. Furthermore, I’m pleased with my portfolio’s performance and the lower fees compared to where it was before.

I signed up with Titan in it's first year of existence and have ben a very satisfied client ever since. I've loved their tech platform, which has changed over time and those changes have been largely very positive. Having access to my accounts via the app on my phone has been a real joy, different from more traditional investing firms. I love the educational content that comes from Clay, Joe, and the advisors, which helps me to better understand what's happening in the investing world each week. Another benefit I enjoy is access to investment vehicles that I normally wouldn't have access to: Venture, Private Credit, Real Estate, etc. A favorite is the Smart Treasury service that scans a dozen different money markets on our behalf and and moves funds automatically to ensure the highest interest rates. Finally, I truly appreciate the accessibility and service quality of the advisor team. Setting up appointments is easy and they have helped me with rebalancing accounts, tax related questions, and setting up and taking distributions from Roth IRAs. In particular, Sofia has been a huge help to me with most of these transactions as well as helping me set up accounts for my nephew so he can start saving early. Many thanks to Team Titan!

Client Services are Exceptional! I have been a Titan member for many years at this point and they have gone through some changes, but all have been positive in my opinion. The best experiences I have are always with the personalized advisors, they are very knowledgeable about the product, but also can provide feedback and advice on topics related to the market/money and not necessarily just how to use Titan. This has always built my trust that I am getting an excellent value for my money with them and that they are working to provide a high quality service.

Knowing what to do with your money is hard. I was first turned on to Titan by my brother. Up to that point I had saved money but I had never taken the step to actually invest. Titan is not only very easy to use, but they also provide easy to digest information about what is going on in the world and how it will effect the market. I've found that not only has my investment grown, but my knowledge of investing has grown too. Don't feel like you have to do this alone either. Titan offers complimentary meetings with a financial advisor. My advisor is Allison. I feel like I have built a good relationship with her and I am comfortable enough to reach out to her with any question about my money. Big or small. She not only helps with long term investing, but also short term items too. She has gotten to know me as a person as well so she is helping me and not just a "customer". Titan has so many benefits it' a no brainer to join.

I've been using Titan since 2018 and I've continued to keep and grow my portfolio with Titan because of how they continue to think about enabling the average investor. Over the years I've seen the addition of alternative investment, smart treasury, and now tailored financial advisory. Recently, I've had the pleasure of working with Christina to help me with a structured plan to exit out of my former company's RSUs. Not once did I feel pressured to simply convert that equity into my Titan portfolio, but instead I was really listened to and understood in what I wanted out of this strategy (balance between investing, paying down debt, and charitable contributions).

I’ve been using Titan almost since their inception, and it has been incredible to watch the platform evolve. The experience has scaled dramatically over the years; transitioning from the early days of a single Flagship and Opportunities into a robust suite of investment vehicles, and now, Direct Investing. Not only have I seen great financial returns, but their team has been exceptionally helpful in navigating the complexities of my RSUs and shifting income streams. My current wealth advisor, Allison, is absolute gold; her depth of knowledge, strategic skill, and proactive planning have been invaluable to my portfolio. I truly trust Titan and always feel they operate with my absolute best interest (and my money's best interest) at heart.

This investment app has changed its stripes many times (different missions, products, new fees), but its lack of transparency and honesty has stayed consistent. One thing for sure is that they’ve hired a Reddit troll to go in and create all these false posts but if you search for them on most forums , you can see that most investors are frustrated by poor performance, removing a promise of a zero lifetime grandfathered fees for referrals, forcing them into products they don’t want, and charging for social events that are a conflict of interest. You know it’s a scam when you have investment advisors encouraging their clients to actually spend their money instead of invest. It’s a bunch of clowns running this scam of an investment app
