This investment app has changed its stripes many times (different missions, products, new fees), but its lack of transparency and honesty has stayed consistent. One thing for sure is that they’ve hired a Reddit troll to go in and create all these false posts but if you search for them on most forums , you can see that most investors are frustrated by poor performance, removing a promise of a zero lifetime grandfathered fees for referrals, forcing them into products they don’t want, and charging for social events that are a conflict of interest. You know it’s a scam when you have investment advisors encouraging their clients to actually spend their money instead of invest. It’s a bunch of clowns running this scam of an investment app

Had an appointment for a call. When it did not happen I chatted and was told he would be right there. It never happened. There was no follow-up to my text about what happened. Totally disrespectful! Guess probably it was because I only had $79,000 under their management!

I deposited $3,000 with Titan, and at first, everything seemed fine. My account manager was super friendly, constantly encouraging me to invest more. But the moment I tried to withdraw my profits, the excuses started. First, they claimed I needed to pay a 10% "tax fee" upfront, then suddenly, my account was "under verification." After weeks of back-and-forth emails, they just stopped responding. My account is now blocked, and I have zero access to my funds. Support? Completely useless. They just stall and give scripted replies. Titan is nothing but a fraudulent broker designed to drain your money and disappear. Avoid them at all costs!

I was down 50% of my portfolio at one time with them based on allowing them full trade autonomy. Now they are still down 20%. I went to close my account and they’re asking for a list of bank statements on any account that I connected with them. I can easily change my password and get on a new device, I can correspond through email and text and their chat server, but if you want your funds back…they require your bank statements to give your money back. No, not just a screenshot through your bank app, they want your transaction info. As in, they have access to a month or more of all transactions. Which is in itself a security compromise. And a new photo ID pic and then some time to close the account. For reference, Robinhood and TD and Shwaub and Fidelity I’ve used. None of them required any of this scammy bs. They’re not fast to respond in their chat log either. Youd be wise to avoid this “company”. Also, for an investment bot, their fees look higher than anyone else. When asked about their investment strategy and how they lost 50% of my portfolio, it was jargon and excuses as to why and how they invest. I’m assuming the only reason they’re still afloat is heavy marketing. The “strategists “ seem to have all rolled over as well. All new faces.

Don't waste any time working with this company, they have TERRIBLE customer service, they don't even have a phone. They do all their CS though a chat and it takes days, not minutes. I had an account with them for their Crypto, but once ETF's were live, they simply bought the IBIT ETF, that I can do by myself on Schwab, why pay them monthly fees. Once I tried to close my account, it took days and the IBIT ETF dropped and ended up costing me over $2K, from the price when I put in my sale/transfer to when it finally went through. Save yourself the time, headache and money and go elsewhere.

Titan was a terrible experience for me. I lost $3400 can on this site. I was unable to withdraw my money when I wanted. This company is a scam stay away.

I was a customer of Titan for multiple years, I referred friends, and all to get 0% fees. Over time, they focused more on growing AUM and less on returns and investments for customers. They then revoked my 0% fees and started charging me and their performance sucked. It took me 6 months to move my funds to a trusted Vanguard/Fidelity as well because they invested my IRA into Russian stocks which other brokerages couldn't accept and charged me over $100 fee to transfer my account. I've lost so much money from these people and they still are holding $100 in my account which I am unable to remove. Never use this product.
