I placed the order directly from Tisscare website in the US and I got the order on time. However, the product was not of a good quality and it hurt the feet when tried it on. When I asked for return, I had to bear the shipping expense (over 40$) and still haven’t received any partial refund of the product. The customer service is extremely slow in replying to emails. Please improve the customer service experience or do not sell your products on your website.

I've sent you 5 emails with no reply and I can't get through on phone because I get a message that says, "VM Box is Full". You're sending my order to the wrong address. After 2-hours on the phone, I located the package at a UPS warehouse. I couldn't change the address because UPS said only you can. Well, I can't get in touch with you. So, I had to make two 3-hour round trips, total 6-hours, of driving, to pick up the package To top it off, it's 4-days late for a Christmas present for my wife. Your service and support is bad, very bad...it's not only bad, it doesn't exist. I will never, ever order from you again.
