Ordered unit from Amazon. Box was missing both power cord and remote rendering it unusable. Multiple calls to customer service I had to initiate only to be told "they don't have replacement parts to ship". Amazon refunded me and said to keep the product, for me to get rid of it? I was willing to pay for the power cord and remote but was advised " we do not sell accessories like remotes and cords separately at this time, so we’re unable to send these items individually". Another customer will probably receive the unit I am returning to Amazon missing both remote and power cord. Worst customer service experience ever. Who doesn't stock replacement parts? Buyer beware.

Cost me $50 to return a foot massager that was not usable. Other companies send you a return label and don't expect the customer to pay the return cost. Won't be ordering from this company again.
