Extremely disappointed, they have a very vague return policy. The bag received was a different shade of brown to the one I saw online. I explained this and sent images but they said it’s not a fault. It’s not a fault but I am not happy with the product. I paid for something I am disappointed with, as a customer if the item isn’t worn in its original packaging i am struggling to understand why a refund isn’t accepted. I knew it wasn’t right the minute I opened the parcel, I emailed them straight away. This is a why I wouldn’t ever order or recommend this brand. Even a small business would be more than likely to offer better service. After sales is key to long term branding. You have failed.

This bag is exactly as seen in ads. It’s perfect for just the essentials phone , glasses,wallet. Really good price point. It arrived faster than I anticipated. I recommend the tiny bag company.

I bought 2 Celine bags color taupe & deep blue. They are both beautiful color & seem to be great for a small bag with the pockets & divider for keeping organized. I also love the 3 strap choices that they come with. One star off. My rating for shipping time, they really took a long time to arrive, so if your in a hurry take that into consideration, but I do love them!
