This bag is now my everyday bag, which I wear as a crossbody. I love that it is small but I can still get plenty of items in it, including my phone. The quality and finish is excellent, and I can highly recommend this item.

My order was canceled due to my selected color was unavailable. Marie from customer support reached out to ask if I wanted to select another color or receive a refund. I opted for a a refund. After several days I followed up with Marie to ask when I would receive a refund and never received a response. I waited several more days before I had to finally dispute the charge with my credit card company. Poor customer service!!!! Because of this experience, I will never consider purchasing form this company.
