I am still waiting for my parcel
I am still waiting for my parcel to get here I ordered it more than a month in advance so that it would be my mother's birthday present and it still hasn't arrived therefore I had to get her something else and I haven't even received a estimated arrival time

Unsatisfactory
Canvas didn’t come as a canvas. Picture was pixelated and now no one will respond to my emails (plural) to help me get a refund

I have waited over over a month and…
I have waited over over a month and haven’t received my order. The support teams hasnt been very helpful either and when I asked for a refund after waiting over a month, I haven’t heard from anyone. Although, they were quick to respond to say please wait.

ZERO customer service and satisfaction.
I was told (see previous review) they had “every intention to rectify the issue” which was a lie. I received an email from “Rose” saying that’s the way it was supposed to look and there was nothing they could/would do about it. I was NOT able to return the item either. ZERO customer service and satisfaction. If you don’t like what they send, you’re just out of luck. I’m out $160. I should’ve known not to waste my money when 45% of the reviews are bad! I don’t want anyone else getting a bad deal either so do not purchase from here!!

Well I haven’t received my order after…
Well I haven’t received my order after 3 weeks, and the tracking number has not been updated in a week. I understand that it’s a busy time, however I think a new service needs to be used for delivering the package. All travel updates are vague (does not say a city), and quite honestly I’m not even sure if this package is going to arrive.
