Just bought a jacket that is meant to be Sherpa lined Jacket and cotton but is clearly polyester. Says it was meant to arrive in a fancy box just came in a regular package. I've been ripped off!

Ordered shirts according to their size chart. The shirts are at least two sizes too small. Attempted to email for a return, and email immediately bounced as blocked! They didn't return any messages to their Facebook page, either. Total lack of communication after sending shirts that are NOT according to their own size charts. Credit card company just granted my chargeback request - I can only assume the company didn't respond to the credit card company, either.

I picked up a simple top and was pleased with the quality. It has a clean necklinesoft feeland doesn’t look cheap after washing.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I left a review a few days ago but this is an update and has downgraded to 1 star (which is more than generous). First off, what you order is not what you get. I purchased a pair of shoes off of their website (AI generated/enhanced so they don't actually exist). What I received wasn't even close and the sizing was 2 sizes larger than their chart. I requested a full refund and they will only offer 15% refund of the value. OR, and you're going to love this -- 100% refund only if you return it back to China which will cost between $45-$50+ in shipping fees. Then when I responded, they blocked me! I also discovered that there were other similary websites with the same AI generated shoes/clothing. These guys will rip you off -- that's how they stay in business! TOTAL SCAM!!!

I wouldn’t even give them a one star!! Do not buy from this website!!! Shoes are not sized properly and you cannot return products because they block your email!!

TOTAL SCAM Took a month to arrive, and the jacket had no tags and the label was cut off, and they are asking me to prove that I didn't do it, which is impossible. I tried it on for two seconds, and it's cartoonishly small for the size as advertised. Garbage, garbage, garbage.

I ordered a leather sport jacket and a linen shirt fir my husband. I placed my order on July 16, 2026 and as of October 13, 2026, I have not received my order. I sent multiple emails and only received generic responses that never resolved my issue. Now my emails are being blocked by Timothy Matthews and I have no recourse to get a refund. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company. You will never receive your items and be treated extremely poor.

This company is in China...refused refund on shoes and charged me for a pair I never received. Working through my credit card company. They are fighting it. Warning...cheaply made shoes as well. They do not follow through on emails through their website.
