Thanks for the great review Jan! More important than a simple ID card, there was a certificate and history sheet in the box and on that certificate, it had all these info points you mention PLUS a condition report! This is critical because your purchase elsewhere may be authentic but maybe only 50% of it is. Most importantly, these certificates explicitly guarantee not only the correct identification and condition, but the integrity and authenticity of the purchase in writing, with no time limit or conditions.
