Great sales staff who also assisted with customer service as I began using the service. Overall, most every task was easy to use and intuitive as well. I like it since it is web site based and I can easily use their service remotely so I am less likely to fail to bill for my work. I have used web chat a few times and were usually available right away to assist me.

TimeSolv is by far the best Time & Billing software that I have used in the last 23 years. Extremely cost effective for smaller firms and does everything that the expensive stuff does AND MORE! For me, the best part of the TimeSolv experience is the American Tech Support. They are there when you need them and YOU CAN ACTUALLY UNDERSTAND THEM! Thanks for a job well done. It has been useful for simplifying the invoicing process. But the UX is really clunky and the company doesn't appear interested in making simple upgrades (like adding color to more easily identify the active timer, or allowing users to view timers based on which was most recently used as opposed to alphabetically, or enabling a default so that timer will start when created instead of requiring user to also choose that each time). My biggest issue is that there is no way to view when a timer was started/stopped, so if you forget to start a timer (for example by not selecting the extra box to indicate that it should start when created), or stop a timer, then it's very hard to re-create the day, and each time I make one of those mistakes I lose valuable billable time. I wish they would focus on getting the basic to be great, rather than adding new features that are not essential.

It does not have any way to program reminders for court filing dates and times or any way to have a tickler option. Most software that deals with the legal profession should have an option to do this.

Hello Mark, while we understand your frustration there are not reminders you can program in TimeSolv, we do not claim this is a feature our software provides. Our core focus is tracking time and expenses, developing matter budgets and creating and sending invoices quickly and easily.

TimeSolv has been a lifesaver. We used to prepare our bills manually and always made mistakes. TimeSolv is affordable, very user-friendly, and we love the phone app. Customer support is excellent. Easy to make edits to draft invoices. Being able to email bills directly from the program is great.
