Suley was great to work with. She helped me cancel my Massanutten timeshare. She also always followed up to make sure that I completed each step to ensure the cancellation was complete. I'm happy to say that my timeshare was cancelled after not having used it in years.

After countless unsuccessful attempts to hold my timeshare company accountable for misleading me, my daughter recommended Timeshare Legal. This was my first experience working with a company like this, and I’m incredibly grateful I chose to take this path. Timeshare Legal helped me escape what felt like a never-ending timeshare nightmare. I highly recommend their services. The representatives I worked with were knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and always willing to help. I was kept informed throughout the entire process via phone and email. Even during moments of frustration, they remained understanding and empathetic, offering clear guidance on expected timeframes and how best to communicate with the timeshare company. Their support made a difficult situation much more manageable. Timeshare Legal followed through on their commitment and successfully helped me get out of my timeshare contract. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to exit their timeshare agreement.

You need to have patience and be aware that this is a process and as such it takes time for them to work their magic. They keep me updated constantly thru email and phone. I was able to cancel my contract with Wyndham. I'm very happy with the results.
