The guidance was very good! this process takes time and can be very complicated. I had no idea how to even get started and TSL simplified the process very nicely for me. I really appreciate everything they did! The process actually got stretched out and took a little longer than the one year deadline but that was no fault of TSL. The time share company dragged things out. I would say one thing for victims of these predators; pack some patience and don't lose your cool!

We were owners of a timeshare with Blue Green and regretted purchasing the package shortly after. After two years of being owners, we never used any of the benefits, the maintenance fees were ridiculous and we felt trapped.
