I have been trying to make contact with Time Share Freedom Group for at least 3 weeks with no response. TSFG has $1700.00 of my deposit and now will to my calls or emails not respond. IT IS MY BELIEF THAT TSFG IS FRADULANT!!! I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN AND FEEL THAT I HAVE BEEN SCAMED... CALL ME PLEASE RICHARD @ 209-712-2595

I wish i could give 0 Stars. This Company is a scam ! They charged me $5000 to exit my timeshare they guarantee they will exit in 2 years. Its been 3 years, i cannot get in touch with them. They have changed their contact info, i cannot dispute the charge because is already too late. I requested from them to give me my money back and they never responded back to me again. Long story short i got screwed from them. Dont Do it , Its A Scam

I just received an email from Molfetta Law stating that they are no way connected to Timeshare Freedom Group and only use a liaison for referral cases. The email also states that they have not received any money from Timeshare Freedom Group so my case file will not be worked on at all. Then they give 2 numbers, one of which the voicemail is for some business called “Vintage King Stereo” and the other number for the manager, Jeremy M just rings and then you’re told the mailbox isn’t excepting voicemail at this time. I’m trying to get my full refund, even though I’ve been paying them since March. I’ve already contacted my bank and cancelled my debit card so this company can’t take anymore money from me. Hopefully they come back online soon so we all can get this situated Edit: I just got off the phone with Molfetta Law and they said that TFG has stopped paying the retainer fees for them so the law group stopped working on the cases. The lady I spoke with also mentioned how they even offered for them to go on a payment plan which TFG was not very receptive about. I will update accordingly if I find out anymore useful information.

I am in agreement. A lot of money upfront, no communication. Account managers change every month. Now the company is offline and not accepting calls! I will be interested in a seeing what a lawyer has to say!

Who wants to get A lawyer to get our money back?? We have the same story, paid a lot of money upfront over a year ago, get emails ignored or the person handling out case was reassigned or the covid excuse. Tired of it.

I have been waiting for over two years to have my timeshare cancelled. I have been making payments to the timeshare company, as well as, to Timeshare Freedom Group. The salesman told me it would take up to one year to cancel my timeshare. It has been two plus and no results yet. I was told TFG would send out a cease and desist letter and I would be able to stop making payments to the timeshare. Of course, once I signed up for the program they changed their tune and told me I should continue making payments. In addition, my original attorney quit after after a year and a half and the clock started all over again. By the time this is completed I will have completely paid off the timeshare and wasted the money on the Timeshare Freedom Group. Its a SCAM. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

This company is a fraud! It been almost 3 years and they have not gotten me out of my timeshare.

It's been over 2 years and no communication about my case. I contacted them when it was my 2 year mark and said I wanted a refund. They said they would give me $500 to let them work on my case for another 6 months. I've been trying to get a hold my account rep and hasn't returned not 1 of my phone calls since she said she would credit me $500. This November would be 2 years and 6 months that they have my case and no communication on the status update. My case is the same as one that made a review. When I first started, they would call every month to see if I got anything in the mail, and they're working on it. Then that an attorney quit and needed a new lawyer and still nothing. I'm beyond upset with their lack of communication and not returning my phone calls. They said they would credit me $500 4 months ago and nothing had been received.
