I needed a downpipe for my Mitsubishi Diamante. I spoke with a rep who led me to believe I would receive 3 gaskets with the pipe. When the pipe was delivered it had no gaskets. Called this vendor and was told the missing gaskets would be shipped. 2 days later no gaskets. Called again and was told they did not supply gaskets. Why wasnt I told this in the beginning by two different reps. That in my opinion was very poor customer service.

Had me enter the year make and model of my vehicle. Said the part was the right part for my car, but it was not the right fit for my car. :( They use Fed ex for delivery which is the worst

Hi, thank you for your purchase and feedback. It’s possible that the product was damaged via transit, we always advise our customers that if they believe they have received damaged parts to notify us immediately so we could correct the problem.

Slow shipping they told me takes 3 days for processing,then when shipped you have no tracking numbers issued. Took four day to receive in same state it was shipped.

Customer ordered on Wednesday March 27, 2019 at 10:25AM. Fed Ex (786315918193) website states the package was delivered on Friday March 29, 2019 at 3:28PM, that is nowhere near 4 days. The only issue on our side was that our employee made a mistake of not providing the customer with a tracking number. He has been made aware of his mistake to prevent any future issues with customers.

Not happy at all,my parts came without bolt and flanges so I have to spend more money and time trying to find the missing pieces,not good .

Order arrived missing critical parts which I had to source locally. Not helpful at all in rectifying their mistake. These guys make it "appear" the customer service experience will be hassle free and great. Far Far from it. I bought an exhaust system from them. It was missing all the clamps and gaskets. All of them. I was having it installed at my local shop, so I had to have them buy the replacements and install the exhaust. Auto Parts asked me to send a copy of the receipt for the parts. I did. Never heard back from them. When I followed up, they said the parts cost too much. No offer to credit any amount and their justification was because " they would have replaced them for free" if I could wait 3-4 days for shipping. They would not send them next day as I requested. They quote " no hassle returns " policy. I doubt that very much. I wouldn't trust them. Buy it elsewhere ...

We offered to ship him the missing pieces, he demanded next day air which we do not offer. We would of also offered credit for the missing parts, but the bill invoice he send us was from his over priced mechanic that charged him $275! $275 for 7 small pieces that we would of send for free at no cost and no shipping cost ($20-$30 value) Now as a 3rd option, he could of gone to a local auto parts and bought the same pieces for about 80-90% cheaper than what his mechanic charged him. If he would of bought the pieces from his local auto parts it would of been at a justified price in which we would of credited him with no issue. Another thing to keep in mind is that the exhaust resonator and muffler parts he ordered from us was for a grand total of $214.20, he was looking for a $275 credit on a $214.20 order...

Delivery was prompt, except exhaust system I ordered was about 3 inches short at one of the connections.

They did not send everything I ordered and when I called they said they sent it and I still don't have the parts . lousy service will never use again.
