Tolley, we appreciate every kind of feedback because it helps us understand where we can do better to improve our courses. Did your student make use of the assessment testing prior to beginning the course? Sometimes, the problem can be that a student is not assigned to the proper course for their learning needs, if the assessment wasn't completed. We want to work with you for a satisfactory conclusion to your experience with the program and having more information about your course enrollment will help us provide that. Please contact us with follow-up information regarding your student and our hope is to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

We're so glad your daughter benefited from her Middle School Essay Writing course. Thank you so much for feedback on the content, as well. We are constantly reviewing our courses to make sure that students are getting the absolute best instructional experience. The overall goal of the Middle School Essay Writing course is to give students the organizational skills they will need for writing any kind of essay in the future.
