Excellent service
Excellent service! Fast and easy. We requested samples and Miguel brought the ones we requested and included others as an option. We opted for the one he brought as an option. Great quality and fast service. Highly recommend.

Great customer service
I ordered a sample tile and the company stayed on top of it. They checked to see if I had received it, if it met my needs, and if I had any questions.

We purchased the Saphire Blue 1x2 tile…
We purchased the Saphire Blue 1x2 tile sheets and it came in about a day or two. It was so quick and came on a palette with lots of professional grade plastic wrap. Tile is beautiful but it does have more bluish purple hues in it than just all blue. We still love the tile and are using it for our water line tile but picture on website is all blue. But again we still love the uniqueness and color of it. I was able to email with someone who works at the shop and they gave me updates because our initial sample we ordered was delayed a week because it was stuck at the Miami port. We really appreciated the updates. Tile is not installed yet but good customer service and very timely shipping!

Beautiful tile
Everything was great except when I opened the box one of the tiles was broken. The box wasn't damaged so I don't know what occurred or when. I absolutely love the tile! That's why I ordered a couple more pieces!! Thanks.
