We got our order of glass tile quickly. However, when we opened the boxes, we had two boxes of glass fragments. The boxes were very poorly packed with no protective packing. The inside box of tile was open and glass pieces were all over the box. The only packing was a few styrofoam peanuts. The outside of the outer boxes (which were very thin) were not marked with “handle with care,” “glass,” or even a “fragile” sticker. The outer boxes were crushed upon arrival. Out of two boxes of glass tile, we had few unharmed pieces. We called the company and the owner of the company spoke to us. He was very kind and asked us to send pictures of the damaged glass tiles. He responded quickly and told us he would research it further. After a couple of days, he sent an email and said he was giving us a full refund. He was very nice, professional, and quick to fix the problem.

The chat service was great, and the person was helpful regarding my issues with shipping. They offered me the ability to find other shippers to Canada and were willing to send other pictures. Unfortunately, I never saw the additional pictures, and took a chance on the order, but the product wasn't as I imagined based on the one image (could use more) and the information from the chat agent. Also, when shipped, the boxes were enormous, and the person picking up the tile for me barely had room to put them in his car. For 22 pieces of 1ft square tile, this seemed crazy to be in 2ft cube boxes.

Tile product is nice, however all came individually placed in a box open with one tile they placed a huge sticker over the tile that doesn’t come off unless you use a goo product if. It was completely unnecessary to stick the sticker there and after contacting customer service through the email they provided I have not heard from them in this issue.
