I was sent the completely wrong order.

Customer service is great. Product is not, sadly.

Horrible customer service. Can't call anyone. Missing pads. 3 months later still don't have the pads for the glass frames. Spent $200 and frames are sitting there still waiting for the missing pads to mount.

I found the same tiles for less money from YOU. I ordered them at the more expensive price.

Very unsatisfied with the quality and a lot of frames came broken!! So many things wrong with the package. As soon as I took out the first frame and it was someone else's order included in our package! As I kept going through our 9 frames, I found broken frames, a misplaced adhesive and dents on the prints.

I have not received my order yet! Odd you're asking for a review!!!

Shipping options are terrible. Two week lead time for replacement magnets is ridiculous. Should offer more locations to buy the replacement magnet pads (Amazon, Walgreens, Walmart, etc)

Should have an option to cancel a purchase made by mistake.
