Spent two hours trying to resolve a problem with one of their Tiles, their advice caused my other tile to stop working? They offered a discount, which on the site with what they offered to everybody, means losing money to use the credit to replace my tile.

I stupidly purchased 8 tiles as I do a lot of travel and wanted to ensure my passport, case, keys, bag, etc could be traced. I have 2 where you can replace the battery but the remainder have built in batteries that cannot be replaced. They used to replace the tile but now you have to repurchase new ones when the battery dies. I am so sick of products being made and sold that cannot be fixed and/or have a finite - short - shelf life that forces you to constantly spend money. DO NOT BUY ANY TILE PRODUCTS. I'm going to destroy every single one of mine by running them over with my car. It will bring me joy.

Bonjour déçue .Pour ceux qui ont joué Très bien au début jusqu'au niveau 3 puis on dépense 500 diamants que l on collecte ou que l on achète pour mélanger et peut être obtenir la carte qui nous intéresse et très souvent ce sont les mêmes cartes qui reviennent quelques fois juste inversé de gauche à droite.Donc inutile et impossible d avancer

#tile The location service isn't working, even though I paid for the Pro version. I’ve tried contacting them, but no one answers—how is that even possible? People need to know that they provide neither service nor support. #tile

The product has terrible customer service and the premium service does everything to not pay claims. I dropped the service and use Google Hub, works much better.

The worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. I needed a replacement battery cover for my 2022 Tile Pro. Forget about it! I could only communicate with their (worthless) customer service via a chat. First, they asked me to purchase a replacement Tile, which I did not need or want, and when I declined, I was informed that the replacement battery covers were out of stock -- believe it or not.

This is one product you really need to work. That's why we buy it and let it take up space on our keychain. It worked when I first tested it. When I really really needed it to work, when I was late for a crucial event, it failed. Completely. Now I can't get it to work at all. Keep shopping if you want a trustworthy 'find my ____' device.
