I have a two thousand twelve samsung four camera outdoor video surveillance setup. The hard disk drive failed on that system. This new system fixed the problem.And my cameras are working again. Shout out to technical support person May, for all her help.She was excellent in helping me set up the system!

Ian did a great job in walking me through a user error in my side that quickly resolved my phone access to my dvr.

I purchased a TIGERSECU NVR and retrofitted to existing wired cameras.i also have a wireless camera for which I could not get support for a password change at LTS. I ended up purchasing an ONVIF IP camera and replacing the wireless camera. I had connection problems to the new NVR (I’m no IT guru). Support at TIGERSECU was extremely helpful and they gave me the instructions to connect the camera to the NVR - something they probably didn’t really have to do. Very happy customer!

My password wasnt working and I couldnt get into my DVR. I had bought the DVR from one of my customers so I didnt have any of the purchase info on had and wasnt sure if I could even get it anymore. May was the person that answered my 1st of 3 or so emails and continued to help me until my problem was resolved. Since I couldnt provide the purchase info I thought for sure that would be the end of it and I would never regain access to my DVR. May simply asked me to provide a picture of the serial number on the DVR and to make a simple statement confirming that I was the owner of the DVR and was asking for help to reset my password. I received an email right after with instructions on how to reset my password and just like that I was back in. The response time from the time I sent the first email to the times in between each of the others was very short. Customer service across the board is 5 stars. Im going to be upgrading my whole system soon and Tigersecu will be my 1st and hopefully only stop for that upgrade. Great products and great service thank you.

My system wasn't connecting to the internet only for viewing on phone, was connected at the box and always had been. A quick phone call and the solution was a hard reset from a download through customer service. Fixed the problem perfect and quick.

I like Tigersecu Cameras, I've said that a few times now. One reason is the response to light and dark on their cameras, last to go to B&W at night and first to go to Color in the morning, along with picture clarity. I had a problem recently with daytime video being pixelated on one of the cameras. I contacted them yesterday about it, provided the purchase information and today they let me know I'm getting a new camera. That's it in a nutshell and I can't ask for more than that. UPDATE: I informed Tigersecu about the Pixel problem on Thursday 11/20/25 and today, Saturday 11/22/2025 I received my brand new camera. Thank you, Tigersecu.

The customer support at tigersecu is the best. They respond to my email within hours. I recommend their products and with the excellent customer service they offer is a 10 out of 10.
