A bit slow getting a custom key made but otherwise great international services!

The safe seems to be of decent quality for the price. However the included floor mounting hardware is a horrible. Its design can not hold 2 pieces of paper together. After drilling the holes in the floor to accommodate the anchors and discovering they do not work as intended, those holes are too large to accommodate larger size anchors without drilling out the bottom holes of the safe. Plus, the bottom shelf holes just barely expose the securing holes beneath. it.

I ordered the 4.2 cu.ft 1hr. Fire rated safe and the delivery was fast and when i opened it the safe was packed well with foam pieces all around the safe so it couldn’t get damaged. The safe was easy to open and well constructed.I am very pleased.I had to put a light in it so I put a battery light in it.

Faster delivery would be nice, but for the price of the key and delivery, I can't complain. Customer service was probably the best I have ever received. Fast, concise, and exactly what I asked for.
