I’m very happy with Tiger King Service
I’m very happy with Tiger King Service. The only thing I would improve is more direct communication. Since they are not in the US, it’s not as easy to communicate. But they are pretty good about answering the emails and/or phone calls.

Return policy good. Customer service slow.
There was damage to the safe when I received it. New safe shipped out. Costumer service operates fairly slow, one message a day. Good safe.

Due to the world time difference, you sent the email in our early morning, and our customer service replied to your email asap during working hours and promptly agreed to send you a new one. We received your confirmation reply on Saturday, and since shipping isn't available over the weekend, we shipped the new safe first thing on Monday. If you need a safe with lots of room, this is it!
The safe is exactly what I was looking for. It has lots of room for all photo albums, jewelry and other items that in case of fire I wouldn't be able to get out in their entirety. The only issue was the delivery, they delivery driver was great - the issue was I got a phone call the day of the delivery. I wished I would have got a phone call a day in advance so I could have prepared better.

Continued update on shipping. Safe was damaged during shipping. Pictures were sent showing damage. Discount given for the damages.

Good starter safe. My safe was sent quickly and delivered…
My safe was sent quickly and delivered well packaged. It looks great and is quite nice even though it seems a bit light for its size and has a strong odor in the interior. I wish it had one more shelf and some type of lighting option, but overall it was a good purchase.

I'm happy with the safe, but...
I'm happy with the safe. The only knock is that they don't include sufficient directions on setting up the locking system. I ended up watching several YouTube videos on the process.
