We’ll be issuing a full refund for the FedEx white glove service fee as quickly as possible. At TigerKing, we always communicate with our customers before shipping—confirming the delivery method, whether white glove service via CEVA or FedEx is needed, and whether the item should be delivered to the first or second floor. Only after confirming these details do we proceed with shipment. However, in rare cases, local delivery personnel may not be able to provide white glove service, and unfortunately, this is something we cannot predict in advance. The reason your SPARK safe cannot lock is due to a problem with the electromagnet, which can be easily fixed. To resolve this, we provided two options: A partial refund so you can arrange the repair. Full reimbursement for a local repair service of your choice. We promptly replyed to your emails and calls but have not received a last reply from you.
