The TigerKing safe I bought has never failed me. Until I failed it by leaving it open while I went outside for a quick smoke. Somehow, I guess via surveillance, some people gained entry to my apt and gained possession of my master backup key set. When informed of this problem, the after-sales team at TigerKing were most helpful in providing a second lockset, as well as an instructional video on how to change the lockset. That's known as outstanding post-sales service!!
