Fred from the discord group is horrible, I had opened a ticket and left my application but he closed it without even responding, I then wonder if they are gatekeeping employment opportunities for themselves but this is horrible customer service. They are liar, I see now they said they responded to my ticket, I have screenshots where you said "He is new and doesn't know how things work" now you are saying he responded to my ticket. That's a lie I have all the evidence if you would like to escalate this. This prop firms are just full of lies. No1 ever responded to my ticket you just closed it and after I wrote my first review you tried to bribe me with a $10k 3 step challenge like you were going to give me a withdrawal, when I was offered that challenge account I said NO.

We understand your concern, and we’d like to clarify that all recruitment-related inquiries are handled with professionalism and transparency. In your case, our team member responded to your ticket by informing you that there are currently no open positions available, which is standard protocol. Closing the ticket after providing a response helps us keep our support system organized and efficient. We appreciate your interest in joining our team and encourage you to check back periodically, as opportunities may arise in the future.

Tigerfunded mis-sold a funded account to me as the advert was misleading. They confirmed that they would process a refund of the evaluation cost as the fault was theirs. However, the Support team has refused to respond to requests to process the refund. It's been two weeks now! Apparently, TigerFunded is experiencing financial problems and can't process refunds or payouts. This is what usually happens before a funding firm shuts down. Be careful so you don't lose your money Update: 23rd June 2025 Support got in touch with me after viewing this review and processed the refund. Refund received. 1 star updated to 4 stars.

I bought a $10k account and I lost 3 trades in the same day but still had $8 dollars remaining from daily max drawdown. They failed my challenge saying I had $10,008 and failed my account for that reason. I explained on email I did not make any profit so where did this additional $8 come from. They were of no help and completely ignorant of the facts and screenshot I presented. Essentially they manipulated my account to show additional $8 which was never there ( $10,008.00) just enough for them to say i breached dailymax drawdown. Never use these guys again. Complete scam and fraud firm.

Thank you for your feedback. Please note that our evaluation process is fully automated to ensure fairness and consistency across all traders. The system strictly enforces all rules, including the daily drawdown limit. Unfortunately, even a breach by as little as $0.01 is considered a violation, and the account is automatically marked as failed. We understand how frustrating this can be, particularly when the margin is minimal. However, these rules are clearly outlined in our Terms to maintain transparency and equal treatment for all participants. If you believe there is a genuine discrepancy, we encourage you to reach out to [email protected] with all relevant documentation and screenshots so our team can re-investigate the matter thoroughly.

I ONLY ASK HOW MANY DAYS DO YOU TAKE TO PROCESS A PAYOUT REQUEST ON THEY'RE "ASK QUESTIONS" ON DISCORD AND I GOT BANNED. MORE THAN A MONTH NOW WAITING FOR PAYOUT. GET AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, ASK FOR A REFUND ON YOUR BANK. THEY WILL PAY YOU ONCE OR TWICE TO MAKE YOU WRITTE A GOOD REVIEW AND HOPPING YOU'LL GET MORE CHALLENGES AND THATS IT. JAMES, ARYSAT, WILLIAMS, ALL USELESS SUPPORT ON DISCORD. THEY DON'T PAY AND YOU GET BANNED FOR NO REASON.
