I purchased several two-phase challenges and passed one of them while following all the rules. I requested my first withdrawal—which was due on September 14—but they started making excuses about having changed their dashboard. They finally allowed me to submit the request on September 18, yet as of October 8, it is still pending, even though their website claims they pay out within one or two days. The thing is, I message them on Discord every day, and they keep telling me they’ve "escalated" my case. I’ve been waiting 20 days with a pending request, and who knows if they’ll end up denying it using some excuse—I’m already seeing countless complaints about this company facing the exact same issue. As of today, they’ve even blocked me on Discord so I can’t keep messaging them. They run very tempting promotions—like "buy one, get two free"—but in the end, they don't pay out.

My experience relates to TigerFunded (tigerfunded.com) and Funded Account #986138. My payout was denied for an alleged Position Management Rule (layering) violation. I dispute this classification and submitted a formal appeal on 11 September 2026, followed by material evidence on 23 September 2026. My evidence included my trading history, TigerFunded's Closed Positions export, and a detailed reconciliation. TigerFunded's own export classified a number of the relevant closing records as “Partial.” I therefore asked the Risk Team to identify the exact Position IDs, Order/Deal IDs, independent opening timestamps and volumes, and the exact number of distinct simultaneously open positions that formed the basis of the alleged layering violation. Importantly, before the disputed trading activity, I specifically asked TigerFunded Support whether opening one position and taking profit through several staged partial closures would be considered layering. The written response I received was: “It’s not considered.” I have followed up repeatedly, but I have not yet received a substantive written determination addressing these specific evidentiary points. On 2 October 2026, I submitted a Final Formal Complaint requesting a manual server-side review and a substantive written resolution within 7 calendar days. I am documenting my own experience here and will update this review if TigerFunded provides a substantive response or resolves the matter.

Very disappointing experience with Tiger Funded. My payout request was rejected without a clear explanation. Support kept asking me to wait and later only said to check my email, but never provided a proper reason for the rejection. They mentioned a KYC issue even though I had already completed my KYC. On top of that, the payout amount was deducted from my account after the rejection. Communication has been poor, and I am still waiting for a clear resolution. The problem is that these conditions are not clearly disclosed on the promotion page. Instead, traders must search through the website to find the details. Important information that could affect a trader's ability to pass a challenge or receive a payout should be presented clearly and prominently before a purchase is made. Having to dig through multiple pages to find key rules feels like looking for a needle in a haystack. I believe prop firms should be fully transparent about all challenge conditions and payout requirements so traders can make informed decisions before committing their money.
