Lack of Genuine Support In my experience, support is virtually nonexistent. I requested the status of a payout for over a month. My support ticket claimed it was approved, but later I received an email stating it was declined — with no clear reason given. Their advertised “fast payout” and “quick response” promises are completely false based on what I encountered. When I asked for the exact reason why my request was denied, I was given three vague possibilities—as if this were a multiple-choice question and I was supposed to pick the one that sounds most believable. That’s not how professional communication works. 2. Censorship and Bans I’ve personally witnessed messages (including mine) being deleted from their Discord. I’ve also seen members get banned after raising legitimate concerns. Negative reviews exist for a reason — believe them. 3. Unstable Infrastructure Since the start of the year, I’ve been given two different MetaTrader accounts, only to be forced into using MatchTrader with two “free accounts” as compensation. Le 3 avril, ils m'envoient un mail pour me dire que soit disant mon KYC n'est pas bon, donc pour etre GENTIL! lol ils ont déjà procédé au remboursement de mon challenge, donc déjà d’une je perd un payout de 7k pour des raisons mystères et de 2 on me dit que le remboursement du challenge à déjà été effectuée. Nous sommes le 24 juin je n'ai jamais rien reçu. Quelle belle entreprise! Association de voleurs! Presque 3 mois ils ont jamais rien remboursé et ils font de la pub comme quoi ils font les payout en 2.3 business days 🤣🤣🤣. Sur trustpilot ils répondent quil faut relancer par mail, cela fait 3 mois que je relance par mail, je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse. Et leur discord, ba bizarrement mes demandes les ont dérangées, ils m'ont banni! Arrêtez d’arnaquez les gens!

I got my payout right on time. My friend who joined a bit later had to wait a bit longer, but he got his too. So far so good, nothing shady.
