Firstly, I really like the products and did notice a difference in my skin. However, their delivery timeframes are just too long, and it’s mostly because it takes them an eternity to dispatch anything. My first order took a week to dispatch, which at the time I thought was just bad luck. But when I went back and started a subscription, after 9 days nothing had been dispatched. The AI agent was no use at all so I requested a refund. They’ve lost a customer and will probably never even know because they’ve farmed out customer service to an AI agent.

I'm seeing a slight impact already on my face! Only been using products for about 1 week. I'm glad I started using Tiege Hanley products!

The products seem to be of good quality. Admittedly, I have only used the products for a couple of weeks so I have not seen any real changes physically at this time. I have, however, noticed a positive change in my attitude toward self-care due to this skin care regimen. I am confident that the physical improvements will follow. The products are straightforward to use twice a day without adding significant time in the bathroom. The instruction card included helps keep my regimen on track. I definitely endorse these products.

I didn't receive my products (that I bought le 2nd october 2026). I'll hope it will get there soon so I can start or I'll be forced to cancel my subscription.

Great and easy to use

I love their products and have been using it since it launched but their customer service experience has been downright atrocious. My latest order was priced significantly higher even after taking into account their August price increase and there was an issue on their portal because I could get the same subscription for the next order at the proper price. I reached out to customer service to get this fixed and provided all the details and screenshot but they took forever to respond and even when they did, they did not attempt to understand my issue and kept giving cookie cutter responses to my questions, It's like talking to a toddler. Seems like they're more interested in closing tickets than resolving my issue In addition to that, aside from email there's no other way to reach out to customer service, their live chat uses AI and falls back to email, I called the company number but only option is to leave a voicemail and hope someone calls back It's sad its come to this, I love their products but there's no excuse for such a bad customer service experience

These products are very good! The products quickly became part of my routine and leave my face feeling clean and fresh! They are among my favorites ever, but the process of purchasing them through this company's online platforms and app is truly frustrating. They have a big push towards subscriptions, which could be acceptable if the site was more reasonably navigable. It is not. I went into the app, just to buy a single extra item and the process of just adding one item to my cart and paying was so bad that I abandoned my purchase. Someone thinks they are being clever to push for a bigger spend, but the site is so convoluted as to not be a well-functioning storefront. I'd recommend that Tiege Hanley executives go through the process of trying to purchase from their own site using mobile and desktop access. Getting the added spend is clearly more important than having a loyal customer easily get products makes it difficult for me to recommend Tiege Hanley.
