The merchandise is superior and definitely 5-stars worthy. The problem was having to wait 11 weeks for delivery. Whenever I tried to inquire about the length of waiting time, I would either get excuses based on the pandemic or no response whatsoever. I loved the notes sent by the owners & their kind sentiments, but when I had legitimate questions about wait time, I was never given any satisfactory answers. The merchandise was already in stock, but it took 11 weeks to ship. I’ve ordered more shirts because I think the company is committed to being truly excellent, & I won’t have to wait so long again.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. It took 2 1/2 months and several emails to even get my order. When I received it today, I was very disappointed in the quality of the merchandise. The purple tie-dye hoodie I ordered looked nothing like the picture. The other items were less than stellar for the amount of time it took to get them. I will never order from this company again.

My order hasn’t arrived yet ? Ten days for delivery and $5.95 for shipping ! Never again. EK

Took over four months to get my order. Items did not ship until I filed a complaint through PayPal. It’s pretty clear they intended to continue stringing me along, to keep my money but not ship anything. Anytime I would contact them directly they “just needed one more week” when I reached out through PayPal they “will ship in a few days” then stopped replying. When I finally escalated the issue they shipped within a few hours. Edit - I have received no emails from them other than shipping notifications since I filed a complaint through paypal.

I was very happy with the first shirt I bought. I went and bought 2 more! Love your business!
