I needed the t-shirt by a specific travel date. I sent a message requesting when I might receive it. I never did get a response from the company. Fortunately the shirt arrived just before I had to leave for the airport.

Placed order and had no information to reach out to the vendor to check on the status of my order. Then I randomly receive a refund, I had no idea for what, when I received the email it was for one of the shirts I ordered but no reason why. The vendor should have not allowed me to order it if they did not have the proper inventory to cover their customer orders. It should have been marked out of stock. I haven’t received the other items I ordered so I can’t review on the quality but customer interaction, not what it should be.

The butterflies are very pretty, but the body of the shirt was supposed to be a lighter color, almost glowing. The shirt is all the same blue as the top. Disappointed by that. The design is cute. Wouldn’t buy again.

One of the shirts I received had black stains on the shoulder which did not wash out.

Took over 3 months to receive. Multiple emails asking about and finally asked for refund and my order appeared less than a week later.

The merchandise is superior and definitely 5-stars worthy. The problem was having to wait 11 weeks for delivery. Whenever I tried to inquire about the length of waiting time, I would either get excuses based on the pandemic or no response whatsoever. I loved the notes sent by the owners & their kind sentiments, but when I had legitimate questions about wait time, I was never given any satisfactory answers. The merchandise was already in stock, but it took 11 weeks to ship. I’ve ordered more shirts because I think the company is committed to being truly excellent, & I won’t have to wait so long again.
