Where is my order??

I placed my order 2 weeks ago today, and I received an order confirmation but still nothing has shipped. I sent a letter to the company to ask what the problem was and they said they are so backed up they cannot keep up with the orders which I understand but they are still having big sales and my order hasn't shipped. Very disappointed.

Said shipping within two days received right at a month. Kept getting different excuses why the delay. As far as product goes it is pretty.

I never received my order so it’s hard to rate the service or products.

This order took almost six months to be filled. Instead of filling the initial order that I was charged for I was given a credit to use after I complained several times. The items I origionally ordered were no longer available and were ordered as gifts. There were very few options left for me to use the credit. I settled on a few items in order to use the credit but would have preferred to receive the items I had originally ordered and was charged for.

The shirts are beautiful, but HUGE!!! I know I ordered a Large, but they are so big!! I'd like to wash them in hot water to shrink, but don't want to ruin design.

Bottom line if I don't get satisfaction, on the third mystery shirt,and that I have a few TICKETS GENERATED as you call it, nothing has been updated or done. I had a large lava shirt. Please help Kennith

Hard to give a review when my order was placed a month ago and it still hasn't shipped. I just hope to receive my purchase.
