Due to what seemed like a glitch on their website, I ended up purchasing a ticket to the wrong city for a concert I specifically intended to attend elsewhere. The site kicked me off the checkout page, and when I returned, I must have accidentally clicked through again without realizing the selected city had changed. As soon as I noticed the mistake, I immediately contacted customer support. Their phone line never answered, and they responded to my email only after the incorrect event had already taken place. I wasn’t even asking for a refund — I simply requested an exchange for the correct ticket, which was actually cheaper than the one I bought by mistake. Their response? Nothing helpful. Just cold, passive-aggressive replies and repeated delays. Apparently, their policy allows them to refuse any refund or exchange simply because they feel like it, even if the situation goes against basic consumer rights. You can check their website — it’s written there clearly, but it contradicts the consumer protection laws of the country where they operate. Customer support felt like they were doing the bare minimum — not a single person seemed willing to help. I’m deeply frustrated by the lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude. Be extremely careful when booking through them. If something goes wrong, you're on your own.
