Deceitful ticket selling system! Hidden 18+ restriction ruined a child's birthday gift.I am extremely outraged and disappointed by the lack of transparency on Ticketshop. Crucial information regarding the K-18 age restriction for the Little Big concert in Helsinki was not clearly and prominently displayed during the booking process. Due to this misleading interface, I purchased a ticket as a birthday gift for my 13-year-old daughter.Only after the purchase did we discover the strict 18+ limit. Minors are completely banned from entering the venue, meaning my daughter’s highly anticipated gift is now completely ruined.Important safety and age policies must be visible upfront on the main selection page, not hidden away in tiny print. This is a direct violation of consumer transparency and fair trading.I have already contacted customer support (Request TS-17484) demanding either a ticket exchange for the "All Ages" concert in Tallinn or a full refund. If Ticketshop refuses to resolve this mistake caused by their misleading design, I will escalate this matter directly to the Finnish Consumer Protection Authority (Kilpailu- ja kuluttajavirasto - KKV).Fix your booking system and do not ruin children’s holidays!
