Deceitful ticket selling system! Hidden 18+ restriction ruined a child's birthday gift.I am extremely outraged and disappointed by the lack of transparency on Ticketshop. Crucial information regarding the K-18 age restriction for the Little Big concert in Helsinki was not clearly and prominently displayed during the booking process. Due to this misleading interface, I purchased a ticket as a birthday gift for my 13-year-old daughter.Only after the purchase did we discover the strict 18+ limit. Minors are completely banned from entering the venue, meaning my daughter’s highly anticipated gift is now completely ruined.Important safety and age policies must be visible upfront on the main selection page, not hidden away in tiny print. This is a direct violation of consumer transparency and fair trading.I have already contacted customer support (Request TS-17484) demanding either a ticket exchange for the "All Ages" concert in Tallinn or a full refund. If Ticketshop refuses to resolve this mistake caused by their misleading design, I will escalate this matter directly to the Finnish Consumer Protection Authority (Kilpailu- ja kuluttajavirasto - KKV).Fix your booking system and do not ruin children’s holidays!

Podvodníci, po potvrdení čiastky, Vám bude zaúčtovana výrazne vyššia čiastka!!

A terrible company that manipulates purchasing rules. If you make even one mistake, forget about your money, you'll never get it back, you'll have to buy everything again. Furthermore, the customer support team is disgusting, passive-aggressive, and tries to show their disdain for the customer with every sentence. I recommend never using this service.

Smooth experience, never had any issues with them

I booked tickets for a darts exhibition in the wrong town. I realised my mistake within 5 mins and emailed requesting a transfer to correct town. They emailed me a couple of hours later saying they are refunding me and sent a link for correct town. I'm so pleased.

All looks good

Bad service sent the email without the pdf file bad connectioj

I had a very disappointing experience with this company and feel compelled to share it. Due to what seemed like a glitch on their website, I ended up purchasing a ticket to the wrong city for a concert I specifically intended to attend elsewhere. The site kicked me off the checkout page, and when I returned, I must have accidentally clicked through again without realizing the selected city had changed. As soon as I noticed the mistake, I immediately contacted customer support. Their phone line never answered, and they responded to my email only after the incorrect event had already taken place. I wasn’t even asking for a refund — I simply requested an exchange for the correct ticket, which was actually cheaper than the one I bought by mistake. Their response? Nothing helpful. Just cold, passive-aggressive replies and repeated delays. Apparently, their policy allows them to refuse any refund or exchange simply because they feel like it, even if the situation goes against basic consumer rights. You can check their website — it’s written there clearly, but it contradicts the consumer protection laws of the country where they operate. Customer support felt like they were doing the bare minimum — not a single person seemed willing to help. I’m deeply frustrated by the lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude. Be extremely careful when booking through them. If something goes wrong, you're on your own.
