I purchased tickets 196.00 for two a concert with Gregory Porter and Ledisi. The concert was canceled twice and instead of getting my money back I am told I have to use the tickets for another event. This was almost over a year ago and there has not been anything in the way of a concert I am interested in. Donot buy tickets from this company. It’s a big scam!

I purchased tickets to a game but shortly after processing the order a half an hour later attempted to change the date to another game. I was told the tickets were already reserved from the seller and a change was not possible. I find this astonishing as I booked the game late in the evening. Now they do not support the venue or team I booked the tickets for and told me to bad, book something else. I will never book any event through them again.

Just saw tickets posted for sale on their site for $200-300 and the tickets for this concert haven't even gone on sale yet. Clearly a scam. Do not buy from them.

Scam of a website. They owe me $500.00 for a cancelled concert. Policy in effect at the time was a full refund, now they only offer credit with no answer after repeated calls. I'm seeking to join a class action lawsuit.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Sold me tickets to a fake event and wouldn't return money. Says in rebuttal comments they resolved the issue. Yes, since you kept my money on a fraudulent sale, I guess you would be satisfied. DO NOT purchase from them under any circumstance.
