This site is a trap for unwary browsing persons, like myself
It has paid Google well to stand at the top of browser results and offers a one-day trial (easily overlooked) for a subscription to information which anyway available free of charge a bit lower on the browserlist.
They don’t send a confirmation mail warning that upon any cancellation outside this one day the full yearly subscription is charged and them any request for reversal of payment is resolutely refused.

tickets.com cheated me 100%, took my money but did not give me the ticket I bought.
I bought a ticket approx 7/15/26 online to a Austin City Limits live show at Moody Theater for AUG 7, 2026. I was told online that I would receive the e-ticket nlt than 8/7/26, which I found odd b/c that was the day of the show, so seemed so last minute. Their info was random, inconsistent, and unpredictable (e.g. they said maybe I could put it in my Apple Wallet and maybe not b/c it depended on the type of ticket). I never heard back from them, forgot all about it for a while, and the show date passed w/o me ever hearing anything from them. I checked about AUG 18 when the date of the show was b/c I knew I had bought one for AUG or SEP or similar, and since it was the Mavericks, I found from the ACL schedule that it had been AUG 7. I called the phone # from my credit card statement for this particular charge and the customer service rep (csr) said the name of their company was "Ticket Fullfillment Center". She claimed they had proof that the seller individual (resale ticket) had sent me the email with the ticket attached. I asked her to forward said email to me while we talked on phone. She forwarded an email from tickets.com that said this email was not the ticket, and the ticket would be sent to me by AUG 6. I said that was not any proof that anyone had sent me the ticket, it was still just a promise. My credit card company had charged me the full amount for the purchase on JUL 15, for over $100. The csr then said she could not send me the email that had the ticket attached b/c she did not have it or something like that. I insisted speaking to her mgr and she said that was not possible b/c I could not obtain a refund b/c the date of the show had not passed. She actually tried to blame me for the problem, by not calling them nlt than the date of the show. I said it is their job to fulfill the promise that had been made to me, not my job to do their job for them. I then contacted ACL Live info via email and they said they could do nothing b/c they are not associated with tickets.com, and the payment had been made to a third party. ACL confirmed that the ticket had never been sent to me or been made available to me per their review of the ticketing platform they use. Bottom Line: do your best to not do business with tickets.com, they will take your money and not care if they do not deliver what was promised you. NO wonder their trustpilot score is 1.3, abysmally low. If you do business with them, monitor the process like a bulldog, find out the contact information ahead of time, contact them before the date of the event if you have not received it in a reasonable amount of time, do not depend on them to do anything they promised or what would normally be expected of a normal, professionally run business, and buyer beware. They have no scruples or common decency, much less competence in fulfilling their end of the agreement.

I bought tickets for one date on the website, but the printout shows a different date
I bought tickets for one date on the website, but the printout shows a different date. Customer support said they would refund my money. They didn't refund the full amount. I wasted time and money for no reason at all.

I bought concert tickets but have yet…
I bought concert tickets but have yet to get them after several months later. They were suppose to arrive via email. Never did. They ended up sending them to the concert venue, and then recalled them a few months later. Their web site is inaccessible. Their customer service phone is a recording that says check with the venue. A terrible experience. My only option appears to be to eat the fee or sue. Either way, I will likely not get to go to the concert. These are good seats and cost me $750!

Paid double price for tickets that are…
Paid double price for tickets that are still cheaper a week later directly through vendor. Waited patiently for tickets to be delivered electronically. A week after purchase still no tickets. AFTER they got my money I get an email that tickets will be available the day before the concert, over a month away. I asked customer service if I could get them sooner and the answer was no. I asked if I could then cancel as I don't feel comfortable not having them this far out. They refused. This is the worst ticket service I've ever dealt with. Scammers who do not care about their customers. Do not use them!!

Don’t use this site
Don’t use this site! I never received my tickets and there are ZERO real humans available to communicate and assist. After two hours trying, I finally disputed the charge through my bank. I hope I get these charges refunded. What a scam!

I would give a zero if I could. I was supposed to receive the tickets via email. I never did. The only way I could contact support was theough chat. They sent me the same bogus link for the tickets over and over and refused to refund mu money. Had to buy 3 new tickets at the game. Would NEVER use this company again!

DO NOT use this website
DO NOT use this website. Paid over $400 for MLB tickets drove 12 hours to a game for my 10 year old son and never received my tickets from them. I ended up having to to buy more tickets from somewhere else. All tickets.com offered me for screwing up was 10% off my next purchase. Yeah right like I’m gonna ever use them again. They charge more for tickets than other places come to find out.
