My ticket got dismissed tanks to ticket clinic

All I can tell you is that I had a speeding ticket back in June, paid them to fight the ticket for me and they took care of it for me. The ticket was dismissed and I didn't have to do anything. Thanks team!

So we hired them anticipating my daughters ticket getting dismissed no points etc. complete waste of time and money they did absolutely nothing she still getting the points and I don’t know exactly what will happen with her insurance. Repeat do not waste your time or money with these people they know nothing and did absolutely nothing for us asked what to do next with the insurance I don’t know complete waste of time!!

Attention consumers: DO NOT use ticket clinic when getting a ticket. I got a ticket for $100. I sent it to this so called “ticket clinic” very poor service! They attorney didn’t fight for me. So I ended up paying double for a very minor infraction. If you want poor service with no results, then you can go ahead and use these incompetent attorneys. They charged me $99.95 plus the ticket amount of $100. Boycott ticket clinic!!!!!!

Not the same experience that I use to hv w them yrs ago. I paid them to present me just to get an email that I still hv to pay a $280.00 ticket. Horrible experience.

I hired them to assist me with a speeding ticket. I never had the opportunity at the beginning or end to speak with an attorney to provide feedback. They are really quick at taking your money and promising the ticket can be removed or lowered. That was not the case for me. I repeatedly asked the clerks who answers the calls to reiterate to the attorney if it can’t go away to let me attend traffic school. I was found guilty have to pay the full amount and I can’t attend traffic school. Therefore I get a point on my record and my insurance is going up really high. I still yet to hear from an attorney. Save your money and go represent yourself throw yourself on the mercy of the court. STAY AWAY from “The Ticket Clinic” total SCAM!

My minor son paid to have representation in court for a ticket related to car accident. I (mom) went to just see the process and NO ATTORNEY ever showed up. I actually stood before the judge representing my son since he was a minor and not present. Called to have his money refunded since HE HAD NO REPRESENTATION. Was told that the attorney Sergio Cruz Bar #21543 was at the hearing and that I spoke over him. Total lie! The only time I actually spoke was to tell the judge my association. Don't use this company! I will be reporting this attorney to the Florida Bar Association.
