Scam alert
Scam alert. Do not trust this company. They will take your money but they will not do anything that you cannot do for yourself. Stay away! They are part of the problem, not a solution. Ticket Clinic will not address the review but will instead deny it and claim they have no record of the case, which is apparently another part of the company MO.

My experience was terrible
My experience was terrible. Months later I still haven't heard anything for them in regards to what happened with my case. They've never reached out to me. I've had to call numerous times and been told to continue to wait and that my case was being escalated. Do not use the ticket clinic!

This is already the third ticket that The Ticket Clinic has successfully handled for me, and once again they did an excellent job. Their team has always been professional, friendly, and efficient. I’m very happy with the results and extremely satisfied with their service. Thank you very much for everything — you guys are truly the best!

Positive feedback
This was my first and only time having a ticket since I arrived the States, being located in Florida. I was terrified as I was so careful usually and my colleagues told me about Ticket Clinic. My ticket is dismissed-most probably as it is my very first time- but I appreciate their help in the process. I have not attended the court and fully informed by them.
