Did not get me out of my ticket.
Did not get me out of my ticket. Ended up costing me more then if i had just paid the ticket. Said service was $99 then end up citing me $275. Wonder if any tickets are won.

Sorry to hear you were found guilty. We do our best to assist our clients in getting every ticket they can dismissed but not everyone does as the decision is always up to the court. Our fees are always clearly stated only cell phone and seatbelt are $99

my ticket wasn't dismissed
my ticket wasn't dismissed and I was only refunded 70.00 I paid you 199.00 and 29.00. I called and you stated the refund is correct. How come your advertisement says 100%. I spoke several times to Nickcole. You cheated me with a false advertisement. I will make sure to pass word on to other truck drivers

Hi David, Sorry to hear you were found guilty. We do our best to assist our clients in getting every ticket they can dismissed but not everyone does as the decision is always up to the court. As to our refund, we never in 14 years have had a 100% refund...Per to terms you sign, contact you signed, refund request you signed, they all stated a $70 refund and we did honor our refund in full per our terms.

Hi Christopher, we have already completed your documents on 1/17/19 and you were sent an email to log into your account and retrieve your documents and instructions on how to submit your documents to the court. If you didn’t do that, you must do this asap and send your documents into to court. If you did send your documents to the court, it takes 30-90 days until they render their decision. When they do, they will send you the decision directly. We would also appreciate you updating your review as we have done everything you engaged us to do and it is possible that the email we sent you on 1/17 was sent to your spam/junk and you just missed it. If you need additional help or did not get the email please call the office monday-friday.

Don’t trust this company ! Don’t waste your money!!!
Don’t trust these people !!! Charged me twice! Then wouldn’t let me dispute it with my bank... the cop didn’t even have a radar gun and I still lost the case. Could’ve easily done everything they did by myself, total rip off do not use this company! I would describe more descriptively my terrible experience but ticket bust keeps getting my reviews flagged for being honest

Hi Ishmael, actually we have helped you 2x and citation 28959NK for 61 in a 55 was dismissed. We can't win every time but the system does in fact work. I would think that would qualify for a better rating don't you?

I lost my case
I lost my case. They gave me the necessary documents for me to mail which i didnt know I would have to do. I followed the instructions to the letter and did not win my case. For the money paid I thought It would have been more informative and helpful! They seemed to not want to explain or go over things on the phone , just wanted to direct you to the website!

Hi Dan, actually i'm surprised that you did not know what to do as the instructions were provided to you many time. 1. on our website 2. over the phone 3. when you logged in you had to agree that you understood that you needed to mail your defense to the court and you check the box 4. when the documents were completed the instructions were sent to you again. so i'm confused as to how you could not have know what to do.

Very rude employees
They did not inform me that I had to mail the letter. They used to mail it so I didn’t know. When I called them they were very rude and didn’t want to help. I actually lost the case due to this issue. I will never use them again.

Houry, How the process works was fully disclosed and your obligations were also fully disclosed. In fact you not only agreed to them you also read them and checked the box you agreed and understood. If your ticket was not dismissed it appears that it may be due to you not following the directions.
