Hi Joshua, unfortunately you are mistaken, you did NOT call 2min later to cancel. You engaged our service on 3/2/20 at 6:37am, agreed to all our terms, uploaded your drivers license and your traffic ticket and authorized the charge. You called us at 9:13am on 3/2/20 with questions about CA law requiring bail. We told you we were already almost done with your defense and as you already authorized everything and the services almost completed that we could not refund your payment as services were provided. We have logs of everything if you wanted to call the office.

Sorry to hear you were found guilty. We do our best to assist our clients in getting every ticket they can dismissed but not everyone does as the decision is always up to the court. BTW you are obviously mistaken as we never ever state any success rate as we provide you an option to contest your ticket, but the decision is always up to the court. Our support is typically amazing. We provide phone and email support and are always here to answer your questions. BTW we also checked your account and noticed that you informed us that you did not follow our direction and you were negligent and forgot to send in your documents by your due date. Unfortunately that is probably a major reason your ticket was not dismissed. NOTE - in response to your additional information, unfortunately you are complaining about YOUR OWN NEGLIGENCE. You even stated that YOU WERE LATE SENDING IN YOUR DOCUMENTS. We cannot be held accountable for your negligence. Unfortunately this is a you issue not an us issue. Good luck.

Again we always try to get every ticket dismissed, but unfortunately you are mistaken as we never promise a dismissal.

Hi Anthony, Sorry to hear you were found guilty. We do our best to assist our clients in getting every ticket they can dismissed but not everyone does as the decision is always up to the court. We still provide the same service we did 5 years ago and many tickets are still dismissed, just as many as before. Just because you pay and do as instructed, doesn't mean a ticket is automatically dismissed. Again keep in mind that we can't guarantee a ticket being dismissed, as the judge always decides. As to the membership, that is a great added benefit to our service. If you pay only $59 a year you can fight any ticket you get for free and do not have to pay us $200 to fight the ticket.

Hi Hoda, unfortunately you are a bit misguided and are are saying things we never said. You hired us to provide you our Trial by Written Declaration defense documents to contest your traffic ticket. We did that and provided you our full service. We completed all the paperwork and documents and did NOT require you to fill out the paperwork, you are mistaken. The fine for the ticket is due to the fact that YOU got the ticket. It is California law to post bail with a Trial by Written Declaration when you fight a traffic ticket, that is NOT our rule it is the law. We always do the best job possible and have helped tens of thousands of people successfully dismiss their traffic tickets in California, however the decision is always up to the court.
